1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • E-books

  • Digital workbooks

  • Printable resources

  • Courses, templates, and downloadable content

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Physical Products (Books & Merchandise)

We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Must include original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Signed or personalized books

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us first before returning any item.
